“My wife and I had discussed refinancing for over a year as we saw rates creep lower and lower. The problem and the thing that kept us from moving forward was all of the media chatter about how difficult it is currently to get a loan funded i.e. how no one gets funding these days and it’s better not to bother unless your credit is absolutely perfect and you already have enough money in the bank to not need the loan to begin with. Frankly, we
figured that we had no chance and just hesitated and hesitated until we finally thought–if you don’t try, you’ll never know.

I called Danny Salas, who assured me that there was money available for refinancing and that Access would do everything they could to help me get approved. I simply said, “OK Danny–Let’s give it a go!!”

Less than 30 days later my loan was funded and I am as happy as I’ve been in years, all due to my dealing with Access Real Estate Lending. Not just Danny, but everyone in the company seemed to get behind me and push to make it happen. Tina, in the front office, is the greatest person for any of your clients to meet to find out how they are going to be treated. She is easy going, efficient and always available to answer any kind of question–and I had plenty as we went through the process. Kudos to her and to whoever found her and put her in this position. Danny, as always, was there for
questions, answers and to simply calm my nerves as we went through the process. He is the main reason I have used Access three times for various loans. Twice I have used Access to fund loans for new homes and now once for a re-finance and I have never been treated as anything less than the companies first priority–even though Access is dealing with dozens of clients at any give moment-a client would never know that as they are meant to feel as if they are “job 1”.

I cannot say enough about your entire staff–they work together a a team and the results show just
how good this team is. My word of advice to anyone considering financing needs–don’t fret or worry–find out! Contact Access Real Estate Lending and let them know how they might help you. They will
be honest and straight forward. If they cannot help you they will tell you so, kindly. If they can help you they will do so–kindly, efficiently and as professionally as any company you have ever dealt with.
